Energy Crisis Assistance Program (ECAP) – Enrollment Open April 15, 2025 Closed May 9 2025 at Midnight

Oklahoma Human Services will start accepting online applications for the Energy Crisis Assistance Program (ECAP) at www.okhslive.org This program authorizes households for a one-time payment for the minimum amount required to resolve the crisis (capped at $750).

Low-Income Household Electric Assistance Program (LIHEAP) – Enrollment Open July 15, 2025

The Low-Income Household Electric Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is a 100 percent federally funded program to assist low-income households paying a high portion of their income for electric services. The application process is available online at www.okhslive.org

Winter Heating General Open Enrollment Tuesday 12/17/2024  Closed Friday December 27th 2024 at Midnight

The energy assistance program's funding is contingent on the receipt of federal funds. Authorized amounts vary from year to year. Please be aware that several factors can cause delays in open enrollment. Please contact your case worker with any questions.
